Rooms:

The well Furnished Bedrooms include:

  • Fluffy towels
  • Hot & Cold Water - Running Hot & Cold Water/Shower for 24 hours
  • Hairdryer
  • Toiletries
  • Safe deposit
  • Tea and coffee making facility
  •  One mineral water bottle complimentary on arrival day 
  • Substantial / Berber breakfast

 The Living Rooms are well spread out, offering a very relaxed environment with soothing ambience, proper lighting, comfortable seating arrangement and color TV. 


Meals:

  • Full breakfast included in room rates
  • Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10 AM 
  • All other meals Lunch and Dinner may be served on request at extra

Additional Facilities ( at Extra Cost):

  • Airport pick-up & drop
  • Services of a Tour Guide.
  • Cycling.
  • Cooking demonstrations.
  • Lunches for groups of minimum 10 and maximum
    25 pax . (Rates on request)

Tariffs & Booking

Rooms & Meals

Ensuite rooms are available for € 25 per night for 2 persons including breakfast (excl. 3 % tourist tax).  Single use for € 20 euro.
Not Ensuite rooms are available for € 20 per night for 2 persons including breakfast (excl. 3 % tourist tax).  Single use for € 15 euro.


Open all year round.
No minimum stay required.


  • Children below the age of 6 will not be charged.
  • Extra bed - Children between 6 to 12 years - € 5 euro.
  • Extra bed - Adult - € 8 euro.
  • Early CHECK-IN /  Late CHECK-OUT


Home cooked meals are offered at per head rates:
- € 7 euro- per person (Per meal)
- € 4 euro- per child (4-12 years old)  (Per meal)
Tea, coffee, home made cake are complimentary.


We offer long stay discounts and special pricing for multi-week stays

Reservation & Mode Of Payment:

  • For advance reservations we require one room night"s rent as an  advance deposit through PayPal or via wire transfer to our bank account.
  • We do not have the facility of taking credit card numbers in lieu of reservations.

Mode Of Payment:

We accept payments by Cash, Paypal or  Wire Transfers.

Cancellations:

We  are a very small guest-house! Consequently, loosing business through  no-shows has a great impact. Still we would like you to be able to  cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.


We will give you a refund as follows:
50% of the deposit will be refunded if you cancel 14 - 7 days before arrival date.
Unfortunately, you get no refund if cancellation is made within 6 days of arrival.

Please  make sure you receive our confirmation of your cancellation. Even  though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that  communication is clear and unambiguous.
